Project Description

Green Family Wellness Center offers a range of health and beauty services, but its confusing website clearly needed a redesign to boost user engagement. Our goal was to cut down on incoming calls, easing the front desk workload and increase the online booking conversion rate.

Problem

“Potential customers can’t easily find or book services on the Green Family website.”

The Green Family site is meant to show all their services and let you book online, but the pages feel dispersed and there’s no built-in booking button. Visitors get frustrated, leave the site, or call instead, creating extra work for staff and costing the center missed appointments.

What We Faced & What We Gained

One major challenge was designing an online booking flow that worked seamlessly for all users, especially older adults who weren’t always comfortable with digital tools. We also faced limitations in testing since most users interacted on mobile, making it hard to fully assess accessibility across all devices. Despite this, the project helped us better understand how to simplify the experience and prioritize clarity in both design and content.
